Lianne 21 work-versary

It’s an exciting day here at sanders as we celebrate Lianne’s 21st year with us! Lianne is the much loved life and soul of the studio and is the longest serving member of the Sanders team. Lianne’s dedication and hard work has played an important role in the long running success of the company and having a personality like hers in the studio is what makes our team here a family.
Lianne is the Studio director so she knows the status of every live project and organises the workflow to make certain that all projects are delivered to budget and on time. So it goes without saying she has a big role here with a personality to match.
Everyone here at Sanders was more than happy to share a word about our much-loved Lianne:
Jameila – ‘you will find us most lunch times sweating it out in the gym or baring our souls over coffee. In the studio Lianne is very much the ‘mother hen’ and ensures that we are well looked after she is always the first one to offer advice in good and bad times. Lianne’s role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the studio and we haven’t had a blip yet. HAPPY WORK-VERSARY!’
Luke – ‘Can’t imagine the studio without Lianne organising us all… get the scrumpy in ;)’
Julian – ‘Lianne is in many ways the linchpin of the studio. The ‘anchor’ which keeps all us ‘wild creative types’ grounded!’
Anthony – ‘Big congrats on your 21 years – considerable achievement running a very tight ship and keeping us all in check. Thanks for the guidance along the way. ‘All the best’!’
Matt – ‘Lianne is the smiling face and warm welcome that greets all who visit the Sanders studio. Her commitment to the business has been unwavering during her 21 years with the business. She is vital to organising the smooth running of the studio and we are lucky to have her on our team.’
Finally we asked Lianne to say a few words about her time here at Sanders:
Lianne – ‘what can I say 21 years at sanders I am extremely privileged to be working in such an exhilarating creative environment, with such talented, skilled designers creating beautiful products and brands, there is never a dull moment. Especially love the gym sessions with my colleague and friend Jameila x’
