Designing for the ‘education sector’ is of paramount importance. The design of chairs goes beyond aesthetics; it directly impacts the learning experience.

Titan has attained ISO 14001 certification, the international standard specifying requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS). It provides a framework that we as an organisation can follow, rather than simply establishing environmental performance requirements.

Consideration was given to ergonomic, health, sustainability and inclusivity factors. Whilst still maintaining an appealing aesthetic. To create an environment that fosters effective education and student development.

After research and theme board creation, we move into sketching capturing the core concept and the design direction from ideation to production.
