Launched earlier this year, ‘Luna’ (salt and pepper) and ’Sola’ (spice) are two of the latest mills we’ve developed for T&G Woodware.
Designed to address particular issues faced within the catering market, these two ‘upside down’ mills utilise the CrushGrind® mechanism which is based on the principles of the old pestle mortar.
Developed in 1994 this mechanism revolutionised pepper mill traditions by enabling consumers to not only grind pepper, but also salt, dried herbs and spices. It offered new and better ways to adjust and keep the grinding coarseness. It means that whole spices keep their aroma and flavour intact for years.
